Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to smudge with California White Sage smudge stick / Palo Santo stick :

• Prepare Your Space: Before lighting the sage smudge stick, ensure that your space is well-ventilated. Open windows and doors to allow any negative energy to leave the area. Consider playing calming music or lighting candles to enhance the ambiance.
