    • Items that are marked as non-returnable (e.g., custom or personalized products).
  3. Refund Process:

    • After approval, the product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation.
    • Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 working days.
  4. Refund Method:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
    • In cases of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after providing the required details.
  5. Shipping Costs:
    • Refunds include the cost of the product only.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  6. Exceptions:
    • If the product arrives damaged due to transit, we recommend documenting the damage (photos/videos) and reaching out to us immediately for a quick resolution.
